The international group in consulting, Egis, and leading Egyptian real estate developer, GV Developments, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the development of Tarboul Industrial City.
The MOU was signed by the Chairman of GV Developments, Sherif Hammouda, and Sameh Atalla, Managing Director of Egis in Egypt. It acts as a partnership agreement between the two organizations. This covers several different real estate and hospitality projects, but also other miscellaneous tasks.
Every aspect of the proposed 109 million m2, Tarboul Industrial City in Giza is intended to support the goal of sustainable manufacturing along. Equally it will also be key in providing labor workforce accommodation, and space for administrative activities.
In the center of Egypt's commercial sector, Tarboul seeks to create an industrial city that is sustainable, green, and innovative. Equally, it is set to serve as a multi-core industrial city with an unparalleled combination of a host of activity. This includes industrial activity, business services logistic centers, modern facilities, administrative, buildings, commercial outlets, labor housing, and social services that meet worldwide standards.
Tarboul will also be in an optimal location. The new industrial city will be situated just 5km away from the river Nile, 77km away from 6th of October City, and 83km away from the New Administrative Capital (NAC). Not only that, but Tarboul will also be located just 44km away from Helwan, 109km away from Ain El Sokhna Port, and 160km away from the Red Sea. So, the city is in a strategic location that will be well suited for businesses of all shapes and sizes, as well as for residential occupancy.
