Swiss-Belhotel International has signed a deal for Swiss-Belresidences Rivan, an upscale residential development in Cairo, Egypt. This move is part of their growth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

AGREEMENT AND LAUNCH EVENT

Signed on May 14th, the agreement took place at Swiss-Belhotel International’s regional headquarters in Dubai. The official launch event took place in Cairo on June 2nd, 2024. This agreement is between the owning company, Al Tameer Al Arabia for Real Estate Development and Investment Sae, and Swiss-Belhotel International.

VISION FOR SWISS-BELRESIDENCES RIVAN

Eng. Marzouk Mansour Abdelrazek Namnam, CEO of Al Tameer Al Arabia for Real Estate Development and Investment Sae, wants to change how real estate works in Egypt.
