ADEER International Egypt, part of ADEER Holding Group and Sumou Holding, has formed strategic partnerships with three leading Egyptian real estate developers. These developers are Hassan Allam Properties, Melee Development (a subsidiary of Al Ahly Sabbour), and Paragon Developments. These partnerships aim to boost Egypt's real estate sector. They also support the National Strategic Urban Development Plan for Egypt 2052.
COLLABORATION WITH HASSAN ALLAM PROPERTIES
ADEER International Egypt recently signed a cooperation agreement with Hassan Allam Properties. Together, they will co-develop a mixed-use project in East Cairo. The initial investment for this project ranges from $100-150 million. This collaboration builds on a memorandum of understanding signed earlier in 2024.
