PARTNERSHIP FOR UNIQUE HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCES

Hotel Indigo & Residences will have two main dining options. These are the Neighborhood Café and Lobby Lounge, plus an Executive Lounge. Business travellers can enjoy modern meeting facilities. These cover 290 square meters with five meeting rooms and a ballroom. Yet, for a more relaxing stay, guests can enjoy the spa alongside a swimming pool and gym.

Hotel Indigo has 278 hotels worldwide either open or in their pipeline. Each one takes inspiration from its local neighbourhood, creating a vibrant atmosphere. This includes aspects like integrating the culture and local tastes in food, drink and design.
IHG'S STRONG PRESENCE IN SAUDI ARABIA
IHG currently operates 43 hotels in Saudi Arabia spread across six brands. These hotels are spread across 6 of the company's brands, including Six Senses, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, voco, and Staybridge Suites. There are also 32 hotels in the company's pipeline for the next 2-5 years. So it's a busy time ahead for IHG in Saudi Arabia's real estate market and the broader market as a whole too.
