BUILDING AT AN UNPRECEDENTED SCALE
Driven by technology, innovation, and sustainability, ROSHN Group is undertaking massive projects across Saudi Arabia. They own land totalling over 200 million square meters. Their goal for 2030 is to build over 400,000 homes. This will coincide with building 1,000 kindergartens and schools, and more than 700 mosques too. They aim to achieve this through their commitment to growth and development.
EXPANDING PROJECTS WITH ALMANAR
This collaboration with Google Cloud follows ROSHN Group's unveiling of their latest project, ALMANAR. ALMANAR marks their fifth integrated mixed-use community and the first in Makkah. In its initial phase, ALMANAR will feature 4,149 residential units. These will house over 17,000 residents, spread across a vast area of 2.5 million square meters.
